Thank you for shopping with Villainous Lounge! Pre-ordering is a great way to secure highly anticipated Funko Pops and collectibles before they sell out.
Please read our pre-order policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. When Will You Be Charged?
- Payment Upfront: Payment is collected in full at the time of checkout. This secures your item directly with our distributors and guarantees your allocation.
- Combined Orders: If you order a mix of pre-order items and in-stock items together, your entire order will ship only when all items are in stock. If you want in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders.
2. Estimated Shipping & Delays
- Release Dates: We list the manufacturer’s estimated arrival date on each product page (e.g., "Expected June 2026"). These dates are estimates provided by the manufacturers (like Funko) and are subject to change.
- Delays: Supply chains and manufacturer shipping schedules can fluctuate. We will do our best to update product pages if a major delay occurs, but we appreciate your patience as delays are out of our hands.
3. Box Condition Policy
- As collectors ourselves, we know box condition matters! We inspect all items upon arrival and ship them securely.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Fee: Because we lock in and pay for your inventory with our distributors immediately, cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking/cancellation fee to cover non-refundable merchant processing fees.
- Manufacturer Cancellations: In the rare event that a manufacturer cancels a product or cuts our inventory allocation, you will receive a 100% full refund immediately.
