Pre-order FAQ and Policy
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order you place for an item before it is available in our warehouse, with the understanding that it will be shipped at a later date.
When do I pay for my pre-order?
All of our orders issue a pre-authorization when the order is placed. For pre-orders, we will charge when we get notification that our order is shipping to us.
When will my pre-order ship?
We update our pre-order updates page every Sunday with the most current information that we have. These dates come from our distributors.
We do our best to give a timeframe for delivery of your order, but sometimes things happen on the manufacturers side which can cause delays. All pre-order dates are subject to change.
Will preorders restock if they sell out?
If items are sold out during the preorder launch, we may or may not restock, depending on the availability from the manufacturer.
Can I order in-stock items with my pre-order?
Yes you can. Items that are available to ship will have payment authorized and pre-order payments will be held until we receive notification that the items are being shipped to us.
Can I cancel my preorder?
You can cancel your pre-order, but please note that all preorders will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. The 10% cancellation fee is calculated on the total including discounts/rewards, shipping & taxes. Preorder cancellation fee's are waived on items that do not ship by the estimated ship date.
Canceled orders that have the balance transferred to in store credit will have the fee waived.
